Help** - (back to product details) The model number can be found on the product. It's usually a 5-digit number, sometimes with a 2-digit extension, such as 12345 or 12345-12.
The serial number can be found either on the product, or on the first CD of the software or CD case. The serial number starts with a 98, 99, or 00 (for example: 9812C02, 9912C02-12345, or 0051A21).
