100 - Introduction to the LonWorks Platform

Learn LonWorks fundamentals and terminology, and discover how LonWorks networks are used. You'll get an overview of networks and the technical aspects of the LonTalk® protocol. Four laboratories will help you become familiar with the technology and features of the LonMaker® Integration tool, which is used to design and commission LonWorks networks. You'll also learn how LonWorks Learning Paths can help you develop your personal training curriculum.

201 - LonWorks Network Design - 3 Days - $1,500
A must for all network integrators, project managers, consultants, new LonWorks engineers and anyone preparing to take the LonMark Certified Professional Exam. You'll learn the complete LonWorks network design process, including choosing components and architecture, installing and configuring the network, optimizing network resources, and maintaining and documenting the network. Plenty of exercises and job aids will help you with your own network implementation and provide a solid foundation of LonMaker knowledge.

301 - Using the LonMaker Integration Tool - 2 Days - $1,195
This intensive laboratory course teaches you how to customize, simplify, and shorten the network design and installation process by using the advanced features of the LonMaker Integration Tool. You'll use the tool to design, install, and recover networks. You'll leave class with plenty of tech tips and LonMaker skills to accelerate your LonWorks network design cycle, while improving network performance and organization.

320 - i.LON® 100/i.LON 600 Installation and Configuration - 3 Days - $1,500
Learn how to install and configure i.LON 100 Internet Servers and i.LON 600 IP Routers so you can connect, manage, and route LonWorks network information over IP. You'll create Web-based data logging, alarm, and schedule applications, as well as create and manage LonWorks/IP channels. Instructor-led demonstrations, hands-on lab exercises, and valuable job aids will deliver an extensive overview of i.LON concepts. You'll simulate control sequences using LonPoint® devices and use the i.LONs in simulated real-world network examples. The majority of class time will be devoted to hands-on exercises to give you the skills you need to successfully integrate LonWorks systems over the Internet.

401 - LonWorks Device Development - 4 Days - $1,795
This course, for engineers developing their first
LonWorks device, focuses extensively on designing devices that meet LonMark interoperability
guidelines. You'll practice designing, debugging,
and testing new LonWorks devices using the Neuron C programming language
and Echelon's device and control network development tools.
