Echelon’s Solutions Partner Program Adds New Members to Provide Energy Efficiency Systems
(Frankfurt, Germany - April 13, 2010) - Echelon Corporation (NASDAQ: ELON) today announced new members of its Solutions Partner Program, a global channel of partners providing energy management and operations management solutions using Echelon’s LonWorks® control networking technology to busi¬nesses and public entities that own and operate multiple facilities. Echelon’s LonWorks technology brings energy awareness to everyday devices and is used in energy management applications worldwide including remotely controlled streetlight systems, automated demand response systems and building automation systems.

LonWorks based solutions offer a single, highly configurable system that can be tightly integrated with energy-consuming assets or easily retrofitted to existing equipment. A key component of these solutions is Echelon’s family of smart energy managers, the i.LON® SmartServers.
