LonWorks® Control Network Software
Commercial and industrial LonWorks® networks can use the LNS® Network Operating System for management, monitoring, and control, and for the services needed to implement tools and applications. The LNS Network Operating System is the standard network management software platform for commercial and industrial LonWorks networks. It includes the LNS Server that installs all devices and hosts a database that ensures interoperability of devices, apps, and tools. LonWorks self-installed home networks can use the LonBridge™ Server for discovery, monitoring, and control.

- The LNS Server provides configuration, monitoring, control, and maintenance services, and manages the LNS network database, allowing LNS tools and applications to interact with network devices
- The LNS network operating system defines the plug-in standard so that device manufacturers can create custom software that simplifies installation of their devices and integrates seamlessly with network commissioning tools

The redistribution kit lets you embed an LNS Server into your LNS network tool or application.
LonMaker® Integration Tool
The LonMaker® Tool is standard design, commissioning, and network maintenance software for LonWorks® energy control networks. It makes the power of the LNS® network operating system available to network integrators through an easy-to-use drawing interface based on Microsoft® Visio® 2010.
Echelon Software License Generator (PDF)
The license generator lets you distribute LNS device credits to end users. End users can use credits to increase network tool installation capacity on their LNS Servers. Credits are never required for the OpenLNS Server—they are only required for LNS Servers.
