The Fine Print

Project Assistance and OnSite Support is available only to customers with a LonSupport Annual Contract. Consulting services must be completed within one year of purchase.

Service is provided based on engineering staff availability, and may not be available in all instances and situations.

We reserve the right to decline requests for Project Assistance or OnSite Support if it's determined that such services would jeopardize the health or well-being of our employees or contractors, require the disclosure of Echelon proprietary information, or be detrimental to our business interests.

*Reasonable travel, food, lodging, and related expenses are not included in the service fee and will be billed separately.
